Dynamism tip:
It is important to distinguish allies and friends; “a friend can be an ally, but an ally is not necessarily a friend." ~Enid Vien, 2010

Interactive Talk February 2010 - Perception and Reality
In today’s society, some people have confusion about perception and reality. Some would argue that perception is reality. This concept is wrong. We are all concerned about the perception another has of us, especially during the teen years. Other people’s perception can shape our self concept, self esteem, and our careers. Some of us, as we grow older find that it’s better to be true to ourselves and that we can not control the way others think or feel about us. However there are those who don’t change and are governed by what others think. This has a tendency to create a trap. In other words one is relying on others for value or strength. Don’t misinterpret what I’m saying here, we all love to be recognized and acknowledged. It becomes a problem when there’s an over-reliance on what other people think. In this talk, Enid Vien will speak on the importance of making the distinctions between perception and reality and how they affect our lives and ideas on how we as individuals can maintain our personal sovereignty.

Dynamis coaching and clearing is based on the idea that you really do know what you are doing and thinking, you’ve just simply buried the knowledge. In times of stress, loss or moments of anguish you came to some conclusions and probably learned some lessons that are no longer appropriate to the circumstances. From these conclusions and lessons you formed principles to operate by. They probably worked for you at the time, but in examining them you will find they are definitely working against you now. They have become blocks, barriers, or invisible ceilings. They’ve become so much a part of your operating principles that you can’t put your finger on them. Part of the function of a Dynamis Clearing Practitioner is to help you find, uncover and re-examine those old lessons, conclusions and "givens".

- The 2007 re-release of the philosophical text of Dynamism.
We live in a society that virtually worships the physical universe. This means those of us that are more enlightened tend to find this to be quite oppressive. When one thinks he is basically a spiritual being one has a different attitude. You expect the universe to co-operate and it usually does.
At the root of Dynamism is the idea that one is creating his own universe, however bad or good it may seem.
Within our society we have a lot of fixed ideas about the nature of reality. When one fails to realize that agreements shape the world, it can seem as though those ideas are the way it is. As youngsters we absorb these ideas and until we inspect them newly, they lurk in our mental basement ready to trick us later....
Dynamism is a practical philosophy. In other words you learn and apply it to your everyday life. Dynamism comes from the word dynamis, meaning Lifeforce. We are not the first to call life force dynamis, it was written of several centuries ago by a man named Hahneman. He was a medical doctor who also advocated homeopathy. He believed that medicine must work to “tune” the spiritual essence and was more significant than the chemical changes brought about by the medicine. You will also find it widely discussed in Greek philosophy, as the energy of the Gods.
